Welcome to OOR3D™. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OOR3D™ platform, including all tools, features, and digital assets provided through our services. By using OOR3D™, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

• "Platform" refers to OOR3D™, including its AI-powered tools, digital asset library, and related services.

• "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using OOR3D™.

• "Ocoins" refer to the digital currency used within OOR3D™ for transactions, including asset downloads and transformative modifications.

• "License" refers to the limited right granted to users to modify and sell assets within approved use cases, as defined in Section 5.

• "Content" refers to all digital assets, tools, and modifications available on OOR3D™.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to purchase Mature Pass or access mature-rated (18+) content. We may require an explicit acknowledgement of these terms before purchase.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

• Ocoins are the digital currency used on OOR3D™ for purchasing digital assets and transformative modifications.

• Ocoins are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency.

• Memberships provide a monthly allowance of Ocoins, and additional Ocoins may be purchased separately.

Your rights and restrictions on OOR3D™ depend on where the product came from:

• Emporium products: You used an OOR3D™ base from the Emporium. You receive a license, not ownership. You can customise and sell your version, but the base remains OOR3D™ intellectual property. You cannot claim the base as yours, file DMCA claims over it, or make it derivable on IMVU.

• Your own products: You imported your own file or created from scratch without an Emporium base. You own your original material and may make it derivable on IMVU, subject to platform rules.

A product that was remixed from the Emporium stays a licensed remix even if you use tools (for example AI) to customise it.

Publishing and Export Pipeline:

• All game exports created through OOR3D™ are published using OOR3D's designated publisher accounts. This is required for automated delivery, licensing enforcement, attribution consistency, and platform safety.

• Creators retain the rights to their customizations under the license granted to them, but the final publishing of game-ready files must occur through OOR3D's export pipeline.

OOR3D™ reserves the right to pursue legal action against users who engage in IP abuse or violate licensing terms.

Users may not:

• Use OOR3D™ to generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content.

• Reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with OOR3D™'s AI models, tools, or security features.

• Attempt to bypass licensing restrictions or resell assets obtained from the platform.

• File fraudulent copyright claims against other users.

• Use automated systems, bots, or scraping tools to extract or manipulate content from the platform.

IMVU derivability rules depend on product type. Select below:

• Attempt to bypass, alter, replicate, or manually reproduce any part of the OOR3D™ export or publishing pipeline. All game-ready exports must be processed through OOR3D's system. Any attempt to circumvent this process, including republishing OOR3D-provided assets outside the official pipeline, is a violation of these Terms.

• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of OOR3D™.

Violations may result in immediate account termination, loss of access to all assets, export restrictions, and potential legal action.

OOR3D™ owns all platform tools, AI models, agents, platform products, and proprietary technology. Ownership of user-created content depends on the product source, as detailed in Section 5 (Licensing & Content Usage).

All OOR3D™ tools, AI models, agents, platform products, and proprietary technology remain the intellectual property of OOR3D™. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of OOR3D™'s technology or platform assets is strictly prohibited.

OOR3D™ is an independent creation platform designed to help users create, customize, and export 3D content for use in various virtual platforms. While our tools may support export formats compatible with third-party environments such as IMVU, Second Life, The Sims 4, GTA, and others, OOR3D™ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms or their parent companies. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners. Any references to platform names or logos are strictly for compatibility and identification purposes only.

OOR3D™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts under the following conditions:

• Violation of any of the above terms.

• Engaging in fraudulent or abusive activities.

• Filing false copyright claims or engaging in intellectual property abuse.

• Any attempt to compromise OOR3D™'s platform security or business operations.

Terminated accounts forfeit all Ocoins and access to purchased content without refund.

OOR3D™ reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

OOR3D™ is provided to users on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any warranty arising from course of dealing, usage, or trade practice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OOR3D™, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether OOR3D™ has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, OOR3D™ disclaims all warranties and makes no representations or guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, security, timeliness, or quality of its services, and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to user data or content.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Canada.
