License and Usage
Effective Date: March 25, 2025
Last Updated: April 14, 2026
1. How Licensing Works
When you use OOR3D™ apps, you may work with OOR3D™ base products (for example from the Emporium) or with your own products that you imported or created from scratch.
Rules differ depending on the source of the product. Use the selector below:
-
You receive a license, not ownership of the OOR3D™ base.
-
You can customise and sell your version within the license scope.
-
The base product remains OOR3D™ intellectual property.
-
A product stays an Emporium-based remix even if you use tools (for example AI) to edit it.
Refer to the License and Usage Policy for full details.
2. Rights Granted
What you may do depends on whether the product is based on an Emporium base or is fully your own. Use the selector below:
With your OOR3D™ license for Emporium-based products, you can:
-
Remix and customise products
-
Upload to supported platforms (via the export pipeline)
-
Sell your customised version within the license scope
-
Create variations, subject to license limits
You cannot:
-
Claim ownership of the OOR3D™ base product
-
File DMCA claims over the base product against other licensees
-
Use the base outside supported contexts described in these terms
3. Limitations
Limitations depend on product type. Use the selector below:
-
You do not own the original Emporium base or its source files
-
You cannot extract or redistribute OOR3D™ base products
-
You cannot convert exported files into raw 3D source files in ways that violate these terms
-
You cannot DMCA someone for using the same OOR3D™ base product
-
You can DMCA creators who steal your custom work (textures, designs)
4. Export Rules
All users must use OOR3D™'s export pipeline. Platform-specific rules (such as IMVU derivability) additionally depend on product type. Use the selector below:
-
All exports must go through OOR3D™'s export pipeline
-
You cannot bypass OOR3D™ and inject raw files into external games
-
You cannot export in a way that breaks OOR3D™'s rules or your license
Export Pipeline: OOR3D™ generates export files for your selected platform. You receive the file and upload it yourself. Tampering with exports is a violation.
See Platform Rules below for platform-specific restrictions.
5. Platform Rules
Each supported platform has specific rules. Review the rules for platforms you export to.
IMVU
IMVU derivability depends on whether your product is an Emporium-based remix or fully your own (imported or scratch-created). Use the selector below:
-
Must not be made derivable on IMVU.
-
Making Emporium-based remixes derivable allows others to use OOR3D™ licensed bases without respecting the license. We enforce this strictly.
IMVU rules (Emporium):
-
Treat exports as non-derivable on IMVU
-
Do not use IMVU settings to circumvent this
-
Violations may result in sanctions including account action
Other Platforms
Rules for additional platforms will be added as they become supported.
6. Violations & Consequences
Violations include:
-
Leaking base products
-
Bypassing the export pipeline
-
Attempting to bypass, alter, replicate, or manually reproduce any part of the OOR3D™ export or publishing pipeline
-
Republishing OOR3D-provided assets outside the official pipeline
-
Violating platform-specific rules (see Platform Rules)
-
False DMCA claims
-
Unauthorized redistribution
-
Tampering with exports
-
Using OOR3D™ assets outside approved contexts
Consequences:
-
Immediate account termination
-
Loss of export access
-
Export restrictions

Permanent blacklisting
-
Legal action if required
OOR3D™ protects its ecosystem and its creators aggressively.
