Creator ownership comes first
The creator’s taste, identity, and brand should stay intact wherever their work goes. We are building tools that help people create with control, not surrender their creative direction to a game or platform.

OOR3D is building an AI-native creation suite for virtual worlds. We are looking for people who understand 3D craft, AI, and creators who want to bring ideas to life without old tools getting in the way.
Tell us what you can buildWho we are looking for
We are not looking for people who only want to make impressive demos. We are looking for people who want to build real creative infrastructure for creators who care about speed, quality, ownership, and virtual world identity.
People who study 3D formats, avatars, game engines, and export pipelines. We want researchers who can help us make one creation work across different platforms without breaking.
Artists who can make good-looking avatar clothing, accessories, props, and virtual goods. We care about taste, shape, clean details, and work that creators would actually want to sell or wear.
Texture artists who are strong with stylized materials, fabric, prints, trims, UVs, and clothing details. Experience with tools like Substance Painter is a plus, but taste and clean texture work matter most.
Machine learning people who can work with images, 3D data, model evaluation, and generation systems. We want people who can turn AI research into tools that work in production.
Developers who can build AI assistants and tools that help creators make, edit, and prepare 3D work faster while still controlling the final result.
Why this matters
The creator’s taste, identity, and brand should stay intact wherever their work goes. We are building tools that help people create with control, not surrender their creative direction to a game or platform.
A creator should be able to build once and bring that work into the places their audience already lives: games, avatar platforms, marketplaces, stores, and virtual worlds.
Our job is to turn 3D work into platform-ready outputs, not just generic files. We are starting with IMVU, and the long-term goal is to help creators bring their work into more games and platforms like Second Life, Roblox, VRChat, and The Sims.
